What can I expect from flutter?
Flutter is an immersive entertainment experience. Your personal guide will take you on a magical adventure. You will discover the art of play and reconnect with your inner child. Flutter is certain to change your mood and quite simply leave you feeling happier! Flutter worked with leading contemporary artists to create a world brimming with joyful, engaging spaces. Dance, play, paint, interact, meditate, explore. You've never seen or experienced anything like flutter before.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at 217 S. La Brea Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90036, just five minutes from LACMA.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
How long does the experience last?
The visit will take around 75 to 90 minutes.
Is it COVID secure and safe?
The experience is designed to be COVID safe. The number of visitors will always be strictly limited and controlled thanks to our reservation system and the timed entries.
Is there air conditioning?
All of our flutterspaces have air conditioning and HVAC filters to help reduce airborne contaminants.

The experience is accessible for deaf people.
What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?
Currently there are no accessibility options for someone visually impaired.
Will there be strobe lights?
There are no strobe lights.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food and beverage are not available to purchase, however there is a great French bakery next door we highly recommend.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them! Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Approximately half of the current installations feature seating options. You will be required to walk from space to space with your guide.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are public restrooms on site.
Do I need to wear a mask?
For everyone’s safety and comfort, masks are highly encouraged within the experience, though they are not mandatory.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Traffic is rough, we get it! We allow a 10 minute grace period if you are running late for your ticket time. After 10 minutes your ticket will expire. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your time slot to ensure everything goes smoothly.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you miss your timeslot, your ticket is unfortunately no longer valid.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are allowed.
Are service dogs allowed?
Service dogs are allowed.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement. Everyone from ages 2 to 102 loves flutter. Kids under the age of two get in for free.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Flutter is 100% ADA compliant.
Is there parking available?
There is a lot on the corner of La Brea and 2nd. Otherwise street parking is often available nearby.
What if the weather is bad?
Flutter is 100% indoors and will be unaffected by the weather.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No hard coolers. No glass bottles or open beverage containers regardless of contents. No alcoholic beverages of any kind. No flash photography.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
There are no wheelchairs available to rent.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Tickets are not sold on site due to our reservation system and timed entry.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are non refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.
Is there a Military discount?
You can use the code ‘magical’ at checkout for a discount on your ticket purchase.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us
for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
Rescheduling is only permitted 24 hours or more in advance of your booking.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Flutter can only be purchased on Fever
. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?

¿Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
